* Circa 10 years SAP HR/Payroll experience plus large Payroll implementation/support
* Depending on size, at least three full life cycle (end to end) implementation projects
* Very strong background and understanding of Australian HR/Payroll, including awards, t&a, leave etc
* Experience in ESS/MSS
* Use and understanding of templates and data migration, and testing (app and uat)
* SAP ECC6.0 configuration experience
* Solid functional and business consulting background
* A strong Business Process and workflow background
* Strong implementation and support experience.
