Our client is a contemporary Australian Furniture distributor, located in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We are currently looking for a strong, fit and enthusiastic warehouse superstar to join their friendly and supportive team. Daily duties include but are not limited to the following: - Loading of trucks for interstate and local shipping
- Furniture assembling
- Container Unloading
- Minor Furniture Repairs
- Local Deliveries
- Forklift Driving
- General Upkeep of Warehouse
- Order Picking
- Trade shows and preparation for these including, painting for displays.
The successful candidate must possess the following: - A current Victorian Drivers Licence and own vehicle
- A current Forklift licence (Reach Truck )
- Prior experience in Warehousing
- Experience in Container Unloading and Assembling
- A positive and flexible attitude
- The ability to lift heavy items on an ongoing basis
- Be a Team Player
- Enjoy a Challenge
- Interested in Career Progression
