The role is intitally for a one month assignment, however, may go permanent. Working in the conveyancing area of law, you will be supporting a team of legal professionals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Diary management
- Receptionist duties
- Data entry of timesheet and printing & amending bills
- Photocopying and faxing documents
- Co-ordinate meetings
- Organise couriers and travel arrangements
- Marking up and editing legal documents (including track changes)
- Dicta-phone and copy typing
- Liaise with clients on behalf of lawyers when required
The firm is ideally looking for a someone who is studying conveyancing with secretarial skills or someone with legal conveyancing secretarial experience looking to work closer to home. The ideal candidate will have touch typing skills and dictaphone experience, advanced MS Word and have the confidence to come into the firm and hit the ground running.
