Due to the successful launch of Hyro People in Melbourne earlier this year we are looking to expand into the Sydney market. With this in mind we are seeking to appoint an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant who has a passion for new business development and account management. The position will ideally suit an ambitious and energised professional who has experience of starting up a new contractor desk.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an outstanding track record of sales and achievement of business goals. You will possess a real passion for the IT recruitment with great interpersonal skills and preferably have an established network of client and industry contacts within the Sydney marketplace. New business development within the IT contractor Market Effective management of the selection process - reviewing applications, preparing shortlists and assisting hiring managers with the interview process Working closely with line managers to ensure recruitment needs are identified and effectively managed Candidate management and engagement Establishment of a talent pipeline of high quality candidates Relationship building with External Clients The successful candidate will have the following attributes; At least 3 to 5 years recruitment experience in the IT market Demonstrated strong interviewing skills and knowledge of Recruitment "Best Practice" Previous experience with recruitment reporting and basic trend analysis Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently build rapport and sustainable relationships with all stakeholders Time Management skills to effectively prioritise and work to deadlines Demonstrated capability to work independently, as well as within a team setting. Strong analytical, problem solving skills and aptitude. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
