What you will be doing: As the Online Project Manager you will spend a substantial portion of your time developing and nurturing client relationships by offering client advice and assistance regarding tailor made research survey tools. You will be working with the sales team to ensure smooth set-up of accounts resulting in complete customer satisfaction, and the client ultimately renewing their survey subscription. You will take responsibility for the scripting of individual online projects and will be the day-to-day contact for external clients and the internal sales team.
